As CEO, Ahsan Khalil drives AAK’s culture of precision, safety, and transparency. Karam Villas & Residency — Phase 1

A master-planned community along National Highway (N-5) near Gulshan-e-Hadeed, spread over 61 acres 28 ghuntas, with MDA approval and defined survey numbers. Planned amenities include 3 mosques, 3 schools, a healthcare facility, community centre and 8 parks alongside a carpeted road network and modern drainage—designed for family living and long-term value.
